A Brazilian Butt Lift, widely known as a BBL or gluteal fat transfer, reshapes and adds fullness to the buttocks using the patient's own fat rather than an implant. In a single operation, fat is gently removed by liposuction from areas where it is unwanted, such as the abdomen, waist, lower back or thighs, then purified and carefully reinjected to lift and round the buttocks. This gives a double benefit: the donor areas become slimmer and more contoured while the buttocks gain natural-looking volume.
