Privacy policy

Voumed matches international patients with accredited hospitals using AI analysis of the medical documents they choose to share. The service is built privacy first: you can use it without creating an account, and you decide if and when any hospital sees your case.

What we collect

Three things only: the documents and case notes you choose to upload, the contact details you enter at the moment you send your case to hospitals, and basic aggregate usage statistics that help us improve the site.

How your information is used

Your documents are analyzed to prepare a structured medical summary and to match your case with suitable hospitals. Your case and contact details are shared only with the hospitals you explicitly select, so they can respond to you directly. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

Anonymity by default

You can upload documents and review your matches without giving your name or creating an account. Identifying details enter the process only when you decide to send your case, and only with your confirmation.

Storage and security

Data is stored on EU-region infrastructure and encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to case data is restricted to the systems needed to run the service.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your case and documents at any time through the contact page. Your private case link is the key to your case; share it only with people you trust.

Framework

Voumed is designed around GDPR principles, including data minimization and purpose limitation. For any privacy question or request, reach us through the contact page.
