Fotona SP Dynamis

Fotona SP Dynamis is a medical laser platform built around two laser sources that target the skin at different depths. The Nd:YAG wavelength passes more deeply and gently heats the lower layers to stimulate collagen, which helps tighten and rejuvenate, while the Erbium:YAG wavelength is absorbed at the surface to smooth texture and resurface the top layer with precision. The combination means a clinician can address both the depth and the surface of the skin in a tailored way. The same platform also supports several well-known treatment protocols, including a four-step facial rejuvenation approach that works on the skin from the inside of the mouth as well as the outside.

In a treatment, the clinician selects the wavelength, energy and pattern suited to the skin concern and glides a handpiece over the area. The Nd:YAG laser delivers controlled heat into the deeper skin to encourage new collagen and a gradual firming effect over the following weeks, while the Erbium:YAG laser can be used in a fractional mode, treating tiny columns of skin at a time so the surrounding tissue helps it heal quickly.
